Participate in the German Dialogue Forum "The Future of Coffee Cultivation"


The Global Coffee Platform encourages GCP Members and non-members to participate in a sustainability event taking place in Hamburg, Germany: “The Future of Coffee Cultivation” will gather experts from the coffee industry, politics, science and civil society professionals to identify approaches for further efforts based on the following key questions:

  • What impact does climate change have on small – scale coffee production and which adaptation measures could be made?
  • How can the costs of sustainable coffee production be calculated and made transparent? How much should coffee be worth?
  • What has to change in small – scale coffee production in order to make it sustainable and attractive and lucrative for future generations?
