Participation, Antitrust & Event Terms
Global Coffee Platform (GCP) is a voluntary multi-stakeholder membership organisation that brings together coffee sector stakeholders to advance collective action and sustainable coffee systems. To support constructive, lawful, and respectful engagement across all GCP activities, participants are expected to comply with GCP’s Antitrust Agreement, Terms of Participation, Event Participation Terms, and applicable privacy and data protection requirements.
The following page outlines the principles, rights, responsibilities, and conduct expectations that apply to GCP Members, event participants, speakers, and guests participating in all GCP meetings, events, webinars, working groups, and collaborative activities – whether held online or in person. Further information regarding the processing of personal data is available in GCP’s Privacy Policy.
Note: GCP reserves the right to update these terms and participation guidelines from time to time. This information was last updated in May 2026.
Antitrust Compliance
All participants of GCP events agree to the following antitrust regulations:
There shall be no discussions of agreements or concerted actions that may restrain competition.
This prohibition includes discussions of current or future prices, margins, discounts, the timing of price changes, costs, capacities, customers, suppliers, product and marketing plans, sales projections, credit terms, or other competitively sensitive information relating to your business.
We must also not talk about agreements to fix prices, control sales or the output of production, allocate markets, or refusing to deal with a particular entity. The discussion or exchange on these topics must not only be avoided during this meeting but also during all informal gatherings when competitors may be present.
Each meeting participant is obliged to speak up immediately for the purpose of preventing any discussion falling outside these bounds.
