In her role as Student Assistant, Valbona brings experience supporting multistakeholder regional collaboration in roles at organizations such as Save the Children Kosovo, Youth for Exchange and Understanding, Peer Educators Network and institutions such as the German Federal Institute for Vocational Education and Training.

She has also contributed to development-oriented initiatives that promote inclusive education systems, digital transformation, and minority integration in the Balkans and beyond. From coordinating international expert groups to designing cross-cultural learning formats, especially focused on youth, Valbona brings a systems-thinking approach to complex global challenges. She is passionate about using education and media as catalysts for social change within the broader landscape of international cooperation.

Valbona holds a bachelor’s degree on International Relations and Diplomacy and is currently pursuing dual master’s degrees on International Education Management and International Media Studies, with a strong academic and professional focus on global development cooperation.
