The GCP will participate of the 22nd edition of the African Fines Coffees Association Conference & Exhibition (AFCA 2026), taking place in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, from February 4-6.

Café Africa Breakfast – Thursday, 5 February, 07:00-10:00
This special breakfast event will dive into ways in which the next generation of farmers are being supported to ensure prosperity and longevity with dignity. This event takes place at Hotel Lobelia, Addis Ababa.
Join the Café Africa team for updates on their work in 2025 and for a special presentation by GCP’s Lauren Weiss, Senior Manager Countries and Partnerships, who will be presenting the GCP RegenCoffee Guidance, a common language for regenerative agriculture in coffee production.”
EUDR Learning Community for Africa – Launch event

GCP will present a case study on EUDR preparedness from Kenya, including the ongoing efforts for a pre-competitive, public-private solution, the current status, remaining challenges, and lessons learned.

Moving living and prosperous income to action

This session focuses on combining tools with practice, particularly around living income gap closure. The team will explore how current work is addressing accessibility – especially for smallholders, and discuss how equitable value and risk distribution across supply chains is being supported.
