The Partnership for Gender Equity (PGE) will be conducting interviews and focus groups to gather industry feedback on draft recommendations regarding generational integration in the coffee supply chain.
The interviews form part of the next step in their year-long research initiative to investigate intergenerational dynamics and their impact on youth disengagement from coffee, and family and farm wellbeing.
PGE is inviting participants to join online focus groups hosted by researchers from Concordia University. The 75-minute sessions will evoke a sense of being in the same room to discuss the matter.
