In October 2016, the Global Coffee Platform (GCP) and the Sustainable Trade Initiative (IDH) will publish Developing National Investment Agendas on a Continental Scale, a study on nine national investment agendas in African coffee.
The primary aim of the study is to identify investment and impact opportunities for a sustainable coffee sector. It also provides input into the priorities of the African Coffee Facility which is currently under development by the African Development Bank. Furthermore, the study’s country reports summarize current production systems, challenges and markets, prices and volumes and identify what investments (and the bottlenecks) can help grow production and exports.
Using the Tanzania Case Study as a starting point, you and stakeholders from all over the world are invited to take part in a series of webinars starting on Monday 12th September, 2016.
Register now to seize this unique opportunity to ask questions, share your opinion and provide comments that will directly feed into all nine studies before they are published and made available online. There will be one webinar per country and you are welcome to join as many webinars as you wish (all times are in Central European Time).
