The GCP Board is the operational, political and strategic decision making body of the Global Coffee Platform, acting under the overall mandate and guidance established by the Membership Assembly. Its composition reflects the open, inclusive and multi – stakeholder character of the Global Coffee Platform.
While the by-laws of the Membership Assembly address the rules, responsibilities, functions and duties of members of the Global Coffee Platfo rm in general, the by-laws of the Board focus on the role of the Board, its functions, mechanisms, responsibilities and tasks.
