Sandra is the Project Coordinator at the Kenya Coffee Platform. Her role includes the coordination of several projects at the Kenya Coffee Platform (KCP) level, as part of the GCP Collective Action Plan in Kenya.
She has an undergraduate degree in Food Science and Nutrition with a Higher Diploma in Project Management and further accreditation in Community Development. In addition, she has extensive work experience in the coffee industry where she has developed deep expertise in post-harvest processing, optimizing quality and sustainability throughout the value chain.
Before working with KCP, Sandra was the Business Development Manager at Eprod, Regional coordinator for Labtech Africa Limited, and Coffee Manager at Brazafric Enterprises Limited.
Passionate about bridging the gap between innovation and practice, Sandra combines her academic knowledge with hands-on experience to ensure impactful and sustainable interventions.
