Ben Rimaud joined ECOM in 2018 and serves as Global Sustainability Manager for Coffee and Group Environmental & Social Officer.

He oversees coffee sustainability programmes in origin countries, reaching hundreds of thousands of smallholder farmers through ECOM’s Sustainable Management Services field teams. He leads the Group’s coffee sustainability strategy, including SMS Verified supply chain verification, climate initiatives and regenerative agriculture programmes. He is also responsible for ESG reporting across coffee, cocoa, cotton and other commodities.
