Webinar 2: GCP Member Update

The Global Coffee Platform has been moving fast in building a global platform that best serves its members’ needs and enables them to accelerate their sustainability journey – no matter at what stage they may be. Considering this, there has been a tremendous amount of progress over the past few months and the GCP wants to share these advancements with its members so that you are able to reap the full benefits of being an integral part of a global initiative that is achieving global change via local action.

Some key topics that will be on the agenda include:

  • Country Platforms: A round-up of the work being done in the 8 country platforms which are bringing the public and private sectors together to address national priorities and implement local solutions.
  • Collective Action on key sustainability topics: Three unique opportunities to collaboratively address the most serious issues that affect the future of your business and that of the sector as a whole. Collective Action Networks on Economic Viability of Farming, Gender & Youth, Climate Smart Agriculture)
  • Measuring what Matters: Progress being made on establishing a sector-wide consensus on a common definition of success for coffee sustainability and the metrics to measure individual and collective progress towards this goal.
  • Opportunity to provide input for the Annual Plan 2018 incl. update on membership fees
  • Don’t miss: Key details about this year’s Global Coffee Sustainability Conference and Membership Assembly.

We will be holding the webinar twice to accommodate different time zones. The content is the same, so you only need to attend one session.
