GCP Members wanted for new Mentor Program

G

GCP has launched a new mentor program exclusive to GCP Members to help drive and scale the work of GCP’s Network of Country Platforms and to contribute to GCP’s 2030 Goal of transformational change for more than one million coffee farmers. The program will pair executives from GCP member organisations with Country Platforms in Brazil, Honduras, Indonesia, Kenya, Uganda and Vietnam to support the further development and near-term implementation of the newly developed Country Plans.

Exclusive to GCP Members, the GCP Mentor Program is an excellent leadership opportunity for executives wanting to be at the forefront of sustainability efforts in the coffee sector. Mentors will receive training and guidance, ensuring the mentorship will be a rich experience for all involved.

Beyond the personal benefits of such a leadership role, successful applicants will have the chance to help shape sustainability efforts in origins their company cares about and will be able to play a direct role in addressing risks to supply chains, while showcasing their sustainability efforts.

The GCP Mentor Program forms part of GCP’s roadmap for enabling Country Platforms to deliver scalable solutions for farmer income to close living income gaps through holistic support that advances sustainable coffee production, climate adaptation and mitigation, and worker well-being.

Do you work for a GCP Member organization and are you ready to take on a leadership role on the forefront of sustainability efforts at origin? Find out more here.
